Biography Pascal Febvre (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Diploma in physics and chemistry from the Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles de la ville de Paris, Paris, France, in , and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the Université Pierre and Marie Curie of Paris, Paris, in , focusing on terahertz superconducting (superconductor–insulator–superconductor) receivers. In addition, we will study simple techniques for design-ing combinational logic circuits to satisfy a given set of requirements.
